DESIGNER NAME: Liam Fahy

SIGNATURES: “Anything that makes a woman look and feel sexy.”
TRADEMARK PIECE: “‘The Charlotte’ in satin or java print. It looks like your foot is just floating above the ground.”
IDEAL CLIENT: “Intelligent, confident and sophisticated.”
THE COLLECTION: “Parisian iron-work from the 1850s, 1960s vinyl umbrellas, classic 1920s railway trunks and the classic black and white movie Children of Paradise".
CULTURAL INFLUENCES: “I love the classic cinema and I am always inspired by the things I come across when travelling around Africa. I think these are my strongest cultural influences. Last winter was about Film Noir. Last summer was about the 1951 African Queen. We used Dutch java prints from Zimbabwe and Congolese masks. This season it’s more about the golden age of travel - trunks, details and luxury.”
PLANS FOR 2013: “To collaborate with as many artists and designers as possible. The aim is to create unique and exciting products that are truly one of collectable pieces.”
